Kirsten Roberts has been a valued member of the BLG team since 2015, joining the firm while completing her university studies and building the practical experience that would shape her career.

As a Chartered Accountant and Manager, Kirsten is passionate about developing strong relationships with her clients. By taking the time to understand their businesses, goals and challenges, she provides tailored advice that supports growth and informed decision-making. Known for her approachable nature and ability to explain complex matters clearly, Kirsten helps clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

With expertise across taxation, compliance and business advisory, Kirsten particularly enjoys tax planning, where she can identify opportunities, create value and deliver meaningful outcomes for her clients. She also enjoys mentoring and supporting her team, sharing her knowledge and helping others develop their skills and confidence. Kirsten values BLG’s supportive culture and the variety and challenges that come with helping clients navigate an ever-changing business environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her young daughter. Being a mum has become an important role in her life and she cherishes the time spent with her family and making long-lasting memories.
