About Peter

Peter is no stranger to hard work. He first started as a roustabout on his uncle’s farm before diving into the world of accounting. Even when he was younger, he knew he wanted to be involved in business. Things fell into place when he met BLG’s current Directors, Clayton and Scott. Peter initially worked and trained with PWC before spending five years with BLG.

Venturing into the corporate world to broaden his experience Peter was involved in businesses experiencing rapid growth, those with public offerings on the ASX and distressed business turnarounds. He was COO of a large national business with over 600 sites across Australia and CFO of a private hospital group. But after 10 years acquiring significant experience in corporate accounting, and after the arrival of this three young children, Peter re-joined BLG.

At BLG, Peter uses his expertise to help clients truly understand and grow their businesses. Ultimately, his goal is to help his clients succeed using all the knowledge and experience he gathered. He wants to see them improve their businesses, build wealth, and live their life to the fullest.

Peter is a dedicated family man. He loves travelling and spending time with his wife Sam and Ava, Sia, and Jimmy, their three children. He’s also a huge AFL fan and enjoys riding his mountain bike.
