To be eligible, you must demonstrate a decline in turnover of 30% or more for the December 2020 quarter compared to the December 2019 quarter. There are alternate tests that may be applied in some circumstances.

If any top up payments are required to be made to your employees for January, these must be paid by 31 January.
Your December quarter turnover must be reported to the ATO prior to 14 February. Your business monthly declaration for January will also be due by 14 February.
