Steven Glavevski

Unpacking puzzles and learning how things work is what drew Steven to a career in accounting, even though he’s always had an interest in architecture and home design. It’s that passion for creativity and building something amazing that makes Steven so good at what he does – helping businesses improve.

Steven uses his years of accounting experience with clients to aid current situations clients are facing. He genuinely enjoys learning about client businesses, what makes them tick, the challenges they face and how they can be resolved. While much of his work involves business advisory services and tax compliance for businesses and high-net worth families, he has a particular interest in FBT.

But how did Steven start at BLG? His first introductions with two of our Directors, Luke and Angela, were so comfortable and relatable, that he knew this was a BLG trait and cemented his decision to work here. As someone who has always enjoyed learning new concepts and helping clients solve their challenges, one of Steven’s favourite parts of working at BLG is teaching other team members new things they may not have come across and continually improving our new-starter training.

When he’s not assisting clients and learning about youth culture with our mix of junior team members, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and two young and beautiful daughters. He also enjoys driving family holidays, where it’s about the journey as much as the destination, and skiing.
